SDK, C# desktop App to web app

I want to ask for Time attendance system ZKSoftware (SDK), C#
I build desktop App for connects to your fingerprint device and reading the data, using the SDK.

The problem: When I Build the same program as Web App, connect with device But can't reading the data.

Why? Is Sdk different between Desktop app and web app???

1) You should talk to the people who created it - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!
2) It may be urgent to you, but it isn't to us. All that you stressing the urgency does is to make us think you have left it too late, and want us to do it for you. This annoys some people, and can slow a response.
