How Can I Change Exe In Clickonce Apllication

i have a clickonce application in VSSTudio 2012.
i have created a new project named Install (assembly exe Install.exe), i have inserted in project an existing root dir (with file copied by postbuild action from another project) and i would to use exe inner this existing dir (named MyNewexe.exe) as exe of new project;
summarize, i would use in my Clickonce setup not default assembly exe (Install.exe) but MyNewexe
is it possible?

in that article doesn't use another exe but the same exe project.
i would like to know how change (redirect) exe project don't using default exe
