Is it possible to record screen video of current running windows 8 app from the same app? I have to record the app's screen video and audio with the app.

Yes, you can do that in Windows, and good thing is that there are some good applications for similar process already available too. You can have a look at this MSDN quick-start document[^]. They would let you know, you can easily learn how to use the ScreenCapture object to save the screen details into a video format.
