please help me how to disabled publish web site option when I Right clicked on project or web site in visual studio 2005 ?

I want to disabled it because of I don't want to anyone published the web site without my permission.Please help me its very urgent for me.

The answer is simple, you can't. Anyone who can open your project in VS can do it. What you can do is limit who has write rights on the destination folder(s). Allow people to publish to some test environment.

Even if you could prevent such functionality, what would you do if someone opens your project in VS 2008, 2010, 2012 or 2013?
