I need a small help. I require to generate html of text with formatting can someone help?? Like if a text is in italics it should generate I-Tag, for bold B-Tag for underline U-Tag and for bullets LI-tag. Its very urgent

Which format does the text with formatting use? RTF, Markdown, ...?

It is a word document with tables having data. Now data can have text with italics, bold, underline formats. Accordingly it has to read with html tags. I think I am clear now.

Anyhow, conversion of other formats to HTML is a very general problem now-adays, that is why a solution to such problems can be easily Googled too.
