How do I create my own custome Dictation grammar for use in Microsoft's SpeechRecognitionEngine?

Is this even possible ?

Custom dictation grammar will be no different from a regular grammar: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.speech.recognition.grammar%28v=vs.110%29.aspx[^].

Only it will be too big; and you will need some huge data file with all grammar data (basically, a dictionary with all forms you need). And chances are, the quality of recognition will frustrate you.

Dose that mean that the built in Dictation grammar is just a very large regular grammar
