I tried in desktop application its working fine, but same way am trying to develop in web apllication its not working.
Device Name :uareu 4500 finger print(using mozilla firefox)

What have you tried? I don't think you'll be able to use it simply because web is based on client-server communication and you cannot just assume your client will have fingerprint reader installed. I'm sure there are round about solutions, but something easy, no.

You should talk to the people who created it - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!

Money back only if they said they support given combination of technologies. We had to create (for FingerTech device) windows service that read devices local log and transferred its data to the database. Trying to get clients device over the web app...I think it is possible only via javascript (or similar client side code) black magic.

The question translates similarly to "how can I detect if the user has a printer installed" - the answer is you don't, you call window.print (or report.print) and let the user decide what he will do with it.
