I checked option on Prerequisites to add framework 4.5 but not in add setup package

Setup project type has been abandoned my Microsoft, for good reasons. Better switch to open-source WiX toolset. It is perfectly legitimate in relation to MSBuild standard (and Setup project was not following this standard at all, so I consider it just the outlaw), better integrated in Visual Studio, and good to work with.

And of course setting prerequisites is not a problem at all.
