Please suggest best application lifecycle tool

"Best" can depend on many things. Cost, familiarity, integration with your development environment can all be factors in the choice. Which ones have you considered? What sort of projects will you be building? What budget do you have?
Consider all of these factors then read the reviews of the ones that fit your requirements
