disable Controls in a view of Multi-view in asp.net

I have a page with a div contain menu items and another div with button area.
Based on the menu selection different view inside the multi view in the third div will be visible.

My requirement is,

I don't want those users with a specific role to edit the content of the view but should be read only. I need to disable all the controls in the view.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.

2. Implement Role-Based Security with Forms-Based Authentication[^]
3. Disable all controls within div in asp.net[^]
