Check if this package has some documentation.
If possible, contact the vendor to make them share some information with you about how to use / features of the program.

i checked all of solutions you and your friend said. but the problem is still remaining.if can you help me plz tell me nice tips not repeated or so simple tips i heard before.@richard:this software is related to C#.
