Sharepoint Refresh Issue

Hi,

Data not getting refreshed.

I have my excel sheet connected to my database where the sheet get refreshed everyday automatically using power pivot but when i upload the document in SharePoint 2010 using Excel service the data need to refreshed as it happen in PowerBI site.

Cant Afford PowerBI license for all user in Organization.Kindly help me out with this....
