How to run (open) "Mouse Properties" window from running ".inf" file?

I want a ".inf" file content to add to .inf file, the code should open "Mouse Properties Window"




This code adds mouse pointers to Mouse Properties window, i want a line to add in the end, that opens: "Mouse Properties", so the user can change the mouse set to this new one.
