Search webpage save data to searchable database

I'm looking to create an application that will read contact and bid information from http://www.cdcnews.com[^] and store it in a searchable database. I will then use this information for a scheduling client that helps to organize the communication between the contractor sales team and their clients. This is more of a personal project to help improve my own productivity at work.

My roadblock here is getting the information off the site. I have a basic function that can read a full html page but the information seems to be in a javaapp that runs and list everything. Not sure if you are going to be able to look at the site with out a login but any help whit this would be great. Even a point in the right direction thanks.
