URL Rewriting not working after publishing site in localhost ?

i have implemented custom URL rewriting for my asp.net website. and it is working fine. but when i publish it then it is not working. and giving below error..

HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found
The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please provide me solution...?

Post the full error and look at the IIS logs to see what it is actually redirecting to.

error is same as above mentioned. As much i know, it is the problem of IIS level setting. there might be iis not allowing http://192.168.0.53/mysite/pages/agra
url to parse.

one more thing when i hosted my site on Windows 2012 server then it works. but not on Windows server 2008 R2.

If you search "Windows server 2008 R2 + Rewrite issue", you can see many results. Please check if any of those links help you or not.

Nothing found, could not able to resolve. it might be some setting needs to enable at IIS level or configuration level...

Please enable to error tracing in IIS and paste the log.
