How to get popup/alertmessage as a remainder in my application

Hi All,
This is Monica, i have the requirement that want to get a popup as a remainder in my application, say example if an employee registered the course, that message comeup as a popup to the manager or for a particular time i want a popup for the action, but i dont want to use timers, could you help regarding this ?

U can use window services.

you can also use real time scripting for ex through signal R you can achieve this.
