how to retrive the row data from one grid view and those data should be display in another gridview?

i have a table in sql server have empid and empdata details
now my task is i have to display the details on my web page in a grid view control.when i select a particular employeee details info then that particular employee details will display in to another gridview.... how can i do this will u anyone help me plz
