Hai Friends I Have A Question On Update Panel In Asp.Net

in my web page
state combobox1-----autopostback=true
District combobox2-----autopostback=true
city combobox3

whenever we select state it will take some time(2s or 3s) to load or open because of autopostback

finally myproblem is

how to use update panel on combobox1 and combobox2
