Best Practice for Wizard UI in MVVM.

Hi all,
I have some question about using Wizard UI in MVVM. Please suggest any best practices that you have used.

I was working on a Revamping of a WPF project which was developed in a traditional way of Window development. I have planned to implement MVVM , SOLID along with PRIM. On which I have to convert a UI (Wizard) from Old school style to MVVM. I tried the way available out there in internet and, I ran out of ideas and possibilities. And I need help from you guys. Please let me know if anyone have implemented something like this before.
