How Do I Start With My App Development

I wanted to make a smartphone app having ocr and text to speech algos.I know about the open source databases. how do i link and which dbms and language should i use. if anyone could provide guidelines to this, it would be really appreciated.

Solution 1

This question is impossible to answer in a Quick Answers forum. First decide which platform you are interested in developing for: Windows, iOS, Android. Then go and do some research on how to develop apps for that platform.
