How to export data from website to document?

Hello everyone. This is my first post and I´d like to clarify that I’m a mere user who doesn’t know anything about programming other than I don’t know anything about programing. I´m aware that everyone´s time is valuable and I don´t intent to have others do whatever I request, far from it. I’m willing to put in time and effort so that one day I can actually give back to the community, but first I´ll need as much help as possible.

In this first post I come looking for a way to do the following:

There is this website http://www.montevideo.gub.uy/aplicacion/como-ir that provides information about buses routes but I’ll like to know if there´s a way to have the buses information listed in a document like Excel. It provides the bus number, bus stop address and estimated time of arrival.

Is in Spanish so I thought I should provide some examples of places to input:

From:
Av. 18 de Julio 1618
Av. Julio Herrera y Reissig 565

To:
Sarandí 683
Maldonado 1766


If anyone needs a specific translation of an input field let me know, I translated the basic fields in the pic below:

So far I’ve been writing down the information every time I have to get around places I’m not familiar with but I ´d like to believe that there´s a better and more efficient way of doing it.
