Converting .cs file to .trdx

Hi,
I am making Window Application in that I am using Telerik Reporting Q1 2015 but I am making Blank report by clicking Right click on My project- Add-Reporting-Blank Report and this Report is having .cs extension.After that If I Open Report Designing Q1 2015 then I click on Open Report but the problem I made report .cs and from Report designing Its allowing me to take .trdx only.So I want to include My .cs Report file into My Report Viewer which is another form.So please help Me on My Question.
