I need a help to create a simple receipt printing and store it

I am a beginner
I need a help from you people. In my project i want the user to enter model no of a product and display it also quantity along with total number of products and should print it in a receipt.
I want the output display as the user enters like this example:

S.no model no. quantity
1. 0245 2
2. 5356 1
3. 4578 3

and the receipt out put like

Rental Items

Date:--/--/----

S.no model no. quantity
1. 0245 2
2. 5356 1
3. 4578 3
4. ----
5.
------------------------
Sign:
------------------------
Total: 6
Note: Product damaged will be charged

We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!

If you meet a specific problem, then please ask about that and we will do our best to help. But we aren't going to do it all for you!
