security switch in iis 8.5

I use security switch in my mvc web site, it work normal when i deploy it on iis7 or iis 7.5,but it work error when i deploy it on iis 8.5;the error as follow:
when the page switch from https to http, the http url become as follow:
http://dsa.diebold.com/EFC/Edit/?ef?efcid=82
but actually it should like as follow:
http://dsa.diebold.com/EFC/Edit/?efcid=82
I don't know why become more three charaters "?ef"

Probably Entity Framework would be trying to make something up. Are you using Entity Framework?
