How do I capture a Frame from a video using Direct Show

Hello Guys,

I tired using the Sample code that is provided in the code Project. But the i could able to take the snap Shot from the video and the Image i Captured is Blur.

So i would like to work on the Frame that can Capture so that i can get a better Image from the Video

Note:
I'm working on .MTS Video Format for my Current Project.

It would be Great Help if any one suggests me
