How to eliminate duplicates in column in Crystal Report

I have 3 columns. One is clients names. One is the date and time of their appointment and the 3rd column is time finished. Is there a way to eliminate "no shows" like when the appointment time is and they do not show up, the 3rd column shows the same date and time. I would like to elimainate them from showing up . For instance the 2nd column shows 3/26/2015 9:00 and the 3rd column (if they do not show up) will show the same info 3/26/2015 9:00
