Move the Label inherited from a Form

Hi,

We have a template form with 2 label controls at the bottom of the form.
This form is a template for all the forms. In the derived form when i try to move the position of the Label controls it does until i try to place the label control in a table layout panel.
Even though i set the location the Label control the label moves to the location but does not show up.
But it does exist on the form. I set the Enable = true Visiable = true.
What am i missing here ? Please help !!!

Sorry just deleted my first answer, as it was rubbish.. I created form1 and then added form2 as an inherited form. the controls on from2 inherited from form1 are locked and cannot be moved. So i cannot see how you are moving them?

Did you set the Parent of the Label control to the Table layout panel?
