Are you really looking for interpreter and not a compiler? And if you are looking for a compiler, can you be more specific regarding the target platform?

Look at Ch -- an embeddable C/C++ interpreter[^]: as stand-alone interpreter they have a free of charge version.

Anyway you added the tag Microcontroller to your post... In such a scenario a compiler is too much better, both for speed and resource required.
