Hello,

I'm trying to follow along with the guides in the book MVVM Survival Guide for Enterprise Architectures in Silverlight and WPF

It looks like the book was written for Visual Studio 2010. The source code is available [here]. I can't even most of them to open correctly in Visual Studio 2012.

Does anyone know how to update the project so that it'll work with VS 2012?

This is the first MVVM book/guide/etc that I actually seem to be able to understand, but not being able to run the programs is making troubleshooting a bit hard.

Edit: I'm a moron. It needs to be run in debug mode as administrator.

What happens when you try to open it?

I honestly don't know. It used to do a one-way upgrade and then would throw a bunch of errors. Now, it's opening up fine (not upgrading). It'll build and run, but it's like the database just doesn't exist. It's doing the same thing in VS 2010.

You need to go back to whoever create the source for help. Most authors provide an email address somewhere so you can contact them.
