How to Add Reference in VS 2010

Hi guys, i am not able to Add Reference to my Project!! I Tried Project > Add Reference, the Visual Studio Window just Refreshes (kinda) but i cannot see the Add Reference Dialog!! I tried all ways but no victory! I'm really really mad at This!!!!!!

some times it will happen , just close ur visual studio and once restart ur system and start freshly i think it will come
