Help with Biometric Verification

hello,
Please I need a help or a sample program of how I can design a fingerprint app. I want to create a form where I will have registration details and also capture the picture with a web can and the fingerprint template. The templates and pictures will be stored in a folder.
I will also have another form that will signing by verifying a users fingerprint from the existing templates.
I downloaded digital persona SDK, but I have not been able to use it in VB.net 2010
