Creating WCF Service with reference of SOAP Request

I am new to .net development... I got one requirement for creating wcf service based on request XML from third party....

I have SOAP Request XML based on that i need to create wcf service... Can any one let me know example how to do it...

I can not provide SOAP request what i received... Please let me know with example
