how can i validate serial key before running .exe setup , i mean i made unique key but want to validate at running setup with serial key from database

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
So try explaining the sequence of events, and how your key is validated.
Then tell us what difficulty you are having and what help you need.
Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.

Thank you so much for response . I am really sorry for this , i got one setup from internet which can generate unique ID for computer , now i wanna attach that id with my original setup and with that i wanna validate that unique ID with serial key ? so my setup run only on computer where i allow access in database with unique ID and serial key combination ,but how i validate it before running setup ? at time when it ask for serial key !!
