syn software? are you saying sync ? Explain in details, what kind application you are trying to create.

Please see the comments to the question. Even if you clarify on "syn", the question will remain utterly incorrect.

Here is my (pretty usual) recommendation: no matter what "syn" might be, implement quick prototypes of this thing in all three languages and then compare.

If you don't have enough experience to see the benefits and drawback of some decision in advance, only this can help you to decide what is better for you, not for anyone else. You are the only one who can decide what is better for you.
