How Do I Change Datas In A Table And Save Back To That Table When Update Button Clicked.?

I have a datagridview in my update form which shows the data of a particular user from a table. All i need is to enable user to edit that data (He should provide the new data in the fields provided in the form and when clicked update button, the data in the table should be affected)
For eg if he selects the id(primary key) and if he adds all other fields the row in that particular id(primary key) should be updated.
please help.
