What class are you trying to access?

HI Richard, Thanks for your time. I have a form with name frmSplash(WindowForm). It is having a design mode. I cannot load when I run my application.

Sorry, but that really does not give us sufficient information to help you. Please edit your question and explain exactly what is happening and where the error occurs. If necessary show the code where the error happens.
