SSL connection error - CodeProject

I have one project in visual studio 2013 with sql server, when i have trying to run this project
that time one error is occurred which error is "SSL connection error".
I have trying with all browser like chrome,firefox,internet explorer, but same error in all browser.

Actually when i have run this project in that some page is redirect to "http" to "https", but i don't know why,

so, can you suggest me what is proper solution for me.

Are you trying to run this locally ( local host) and if so whats the port number?

i am trying to run on locally without IIS. only by visual studio2013

IMO you need to install IIS locally to run it. Then you can select or deselect whether you need to have SSL .
