How Can I Display Previous Records In Php As Like Grid In Asp.Net?

i want to display previous records in php page, as like we know gridview in asp.net.
In asp.net We used tables to display records,but i want to show records with div tag in php from php mysql . And of course if i insert or delete or update records, the updated records will display in that div tag.how can i do this...... thank u.
