How to start learning Asp.Net MVC ?

Hello Experts,

I have been developing .NET applications for few months, and now I want to learn MVC.

Do I need to learn MVC first, then MVC2 and MVC3,4,5?

Can some body please suggest the best way to start learning Asp.Net MVC?

If you provide some links to start, I will be very thank full.
