how to add emotions icon in window phone

Hi i am making a dairy application for window phone 8.0.
how can i add emotion icon in my application. there are two forms one form will contain emotions. when user will click on any emotion it will be displayed in form two where user in writing his daily dairy?
there is no option for rich text box in window phone. Can we use text box in place of rich text box?
