how to implement unicode converter for multiple languages in asp.net c#

hello all,

i want to implement a unicode converter that inserts the data in sql server in multiple languages like hindi, marathi, urdu etc. even when the data is copied from ms office word file.

please anyone help me out and give some idea or suggestions..
