In Visual Studio 2013 how do I get a Project with all XAML?

What do you mean by such project, exactly? And what do you mean by "get"?

One that has Assemblies, Solution, Windows and Browse in "Add References" instead of Assemblies, Solution, COM and Browse like normal in "Add References"

It makes no sense at all. What is "all XAML"? How is that related to what you said above?

If you want to start a WPF project then select that as the project type when you open a new project.

I'm using Community Edition of VS2013 so I have to go to the Online Templates (when I select "New Project") and then select a WPF template from the list - it might well be different in the purchased versions of VS2013

Basically ... select the correct project type when opening a new project
