Solution : Drag a new toolkitscriptmanager on to the form and use any new ajax control on that page. This will work. Thumbs Up | :thumbsup:

eg:

after register assebly, add toolscript manager:
 
<cc1:ToolkitScriptManager ID="ToolkitScriptManager1" runat="server">
      </cc1:ToolkitScriptManager>

It is showing that only one script manager is allowed for a page.I already have a script manager for this page,so what should i do now???
You can try to add under line into content page.
