To extract First/Last name and mail-id from Outlook

I am in search of any open source code, method, function that will get me the first/last name of emails that come to my Microsoft outlook with mail ids.
This helps me to update my address book easily and get information to make user friendly. Anyone who know solution for this please reply here or at ****@gmail.com. [Email removed]

I actually want to get phone number details as well from signature added in email body. Though, for now getting first/last name is more important. Let me know any solution that you would like to suggest.

This is not the actual think you asking for. For example you have an email address like FirstNameLastName@...com, so how can you split the full name for getting the first and last name?

Yes.To be more clear... If I am recieving mail from person:nikhil.philip@abc.com and he has his First name and last name also mapped with mail id.. I get mail like mail from "nikhil philip" and then mail-id appended to it..
eg:nikhil philip [nikhil.philip@gmail.com]
This is way i get..!!
Now i want to extract this whole thingy and update to my address book with first name, last name, mail-id... I have no problem in splitting..Once i get this whole content from outlook (ie: nikhil philip [nikhil.philip@gmail.com] ).. It would be easy in split and update..

So all i need is to get this content from outlook to my c# application...duly updating address book from there.. Thanks..Awaiting reply.

Solution 1

You could probably avoid the who Outlook integration issue, by saving the mail message and parsing that.
