Solution 1

You need to have .NET Mobile Web SDK.
Once you have that, the dll 'System.Mobile.UI' in question would be available for using in development.

Thanks for the Answer and the link but from where i can download the
Microsoft Mobile Internet Toolkit , because most of the people says its no more supported. it was till 2003.

If possible can you provide the link for the Download. :((
