Did you tried doing the solution?

Please controls on your form, and put a submit button. When the page is posted back you will get the value of all the controls that you place on the form.

Finally Save the data into your database.

Try google, you will find a loads of examples on Registration form.
Before doing your one, read basic books to clear out your concept on how you can save data on database. :thumbsup:

If you're a beginner, then perhaps this task is too much for you ? Learn C# or VB first, then learn ASP.NET, THEN learn SQL and SQL Server. It's clear that you're very lost, so break down what you're doing into single tasks that you're capable of learning.

Solution 3

If you are using ASP.NET, there is a ready-made format for Creating New User in Toolbox under Login part.

But for programming you need to use some back-end language, like c# or vb.net.
