source Code Deleted

I've a big problem, i work at a java web project(that has started by an other person)with Eclipse and in every execution the source, classes and web.xml files are deleted, I've tried to detect the source of this problem but without result, so please i need your help!!if someone of you has any idea or solution for me.

Sounds like you haven't tried hard enough to find the problem. Is there a debugger available for Java/Eclipse?
