I have an image with no pattern, and i want to paint it using another images.

for example i want to paint white uniform into uniform with patterns.

but i dont know how to make it in desktop app. Is there any method to do it ?

The code in that link is for a desktop app. What exactly is the problem?

Hardly. The referenced article is about WPF, and WPF does not use GDI.
