EF5.0 + SQL Server 2012 Memory cost

Hi,there
I use MVC 4.0 + EF5.0 + SQL Server 2012 to develop my project.Now I find that SQL Server process is occupying too much memory.When my project database increases from 3G to 10G, the SQL Server process' memory occupy from 3G to 10G.What can i do? Thanks!

How big is your database(size, rows)?
