what 's command I can setFocus to text Editor of VS

most time , I switch back to vs and prepared to write some code,but the focus is somewhere else other than the text editor of vs.

I always need to click to switch off the keyboard to mouse and back again.It's wired.

Any internal command I can assign a short-cut key to set focus to editor.

I have searched a long time but no valuable info.

any hint?

If you are editing and switch to another program and back then you will still be in the editor...

I have tried while opening a cpp file of mfc project.But while the file type is mxml and prject type is a flex project. It doesn't work!
